Oak Lawn Live: Music & Arts Festival will bring music, art, food, and community together across four blocks of Cedar Springs on September 19. Vendor Space Options
10′ × 10′ Space with Electricity
Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and booth materials.
Nonprofit organization: $150
Includes the $25 application fee + 2 Passes
For-profit vendor: $250
Includes the $25 application fee + 2 Passes
1 6′ Tabls and 2 chair may be added for a $50 charge.
10′ × 10′ Event-Provided Setup
The festival provides:
- One 10′ × 10′ tent
- One table
- Two chairs
- Electrical service
- Setup and Removal Labor
- 2 Passes
Nonprofit organization: $450
Includes the $25 application fee.
For-profit vendor: $600
Includes the $25 application fee.
Corner Vendor Spaces
Premium 10′ × 10′ corner spaces with a tent and electricity are reserved for participating festival sponsors. Organizations interested in a corner space should review the available Oak Lawn Live [sponsorship opportunities coming soon].
Food Vendor Options
Food vendor spaces include access to power and 2 passes.
10′ × 10′ prepared-food space: $300
Food truck space: $400
Food vendors are responsible for meeting all applicable health, food-service, insurance, and permitting requirements.

Submission of an application does not constitute final acceptance or confirm placement. Additional event-day instructions, including check-in, load-in, setup, operating, and load-out information, will be provided to approved vendors.
