Keep the vibes going looooong After 10 PM
Oak Lawn Live afterparty partnerships are now available! Oak Lawn Live: Music & Arts Festival concludes its outdoor programming at 10:00 PM, but the night does not have to end there nor does it have to stay here on the Oak Lawn Strip. We want to invite venues from all over town to host their own official Oak Lawn Live after hours event. Get your venue, business, brands in front of VIPs and extra crowds.
A limited number of clubs, venues, promoters, nightlife brands, and production teams can collaborate with Oak Lawn Live through official afterparty and late-night licensing agreements.
Partnership opportunities may include:
- Official Oak Lawn Live Afterparties from approximately 10:00 PM–2:00 AM
- Official Late-Night or After-Afterhours Events for participating venues operating beyond 2:00 AM
- Authorized use of Oak Lawn Live branding for the approved event
- Co-branded event promotion and marketing
- Afterparty or late-night event naming and presenting rights
- Collaboration on talent, programming, and guest experience
- Inclusion in Oak Lawn Live afterparty and nightlife communications
- Opportunities for VIP, admission, credential, or promotional integration
- Cross-promotion with participating festival and venue partners
Each collaboration can be structured around the venue, promoter, audience, operating hours, and type of experience being produced. That allows the official nightlife program to offer multiple destinations and distinct experiences rather than one generic festival afterparty.
Official Oak Lawn Live designation and use of festival intellectual property are available only through an approved partnership or licensing agreement. Opportunities are limited and subject to programming fit, venue capability, brand alignment, operational requirements, and final agreement.
