Thank You, Oak Lawn Gayborhood!
On September 19, we launched the first Oak Lawn Live: Music & Arts Festival on Cedar Springs Road.
For one day, four blocks of Cedar Springs became home to three stages of live music and entertainment, local artists, vendors, food, community organizations and thousands of people enjoying the neighborhood.
Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the first year of Oak Lawn Live. Thank you to our artists, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, community partners, neighborhood businesses, staff and everyone else who helped us make it happen.
We have some great photos from the day! Take a look at our Oak Lawn Live thank-you and photo gallery, or go back and see the 2026 Oak Lawn Live lineup.
We Are Just Getting Started
Oak Lawn Live was built around the Oak Lawn Strip and the businesses, organizations and people who make this neighborhood what it is.
The festival may be over, but we are just getting going. They took our crosswalks and lit a fire under our community. We will be back, bigger, bolder and brighter year after year!
In the meantime, Cedar Springs is open for business. Come back, bring your friends and support the businesses that support this community.
You can find restaurants, bars, entertainment, shopping and services in the Oak Lawn Strip Merchant Directory.
Oak Lawn Live Supports Oak Lawn
Oak Lawn Live is produced by the Cedar Springs Merchant Association.
Proceeds from the festival support our work in the neighborhood, including public art, sanitation, community programming and improvements along Cedar Springs.
That includes projects like Walls of Pride, new rainbow bike racks and other work happening throughout the district.
You can follow that work, along with other neighborhood news, on the Oak Lawn Strip Blog.
Thank You to Our Sponsors
We could not have produced the first Oak Lawn Live without the businesses and organizations that stepped up to support it.
Please take a minute to visit our 2026 Oak Lawn Live Sponsors & Partners and support the people who helped us bring this event to Cedar Springs.
